Antique Chinese solid wood Jewelry Box, Green Lining

Description

Antique Chinese solid wood jewelry box. The lining is a beautiful emerald green and gold satin brocade. The box has brass hardware etched with floral patterns. On the top of the box is a brass symbol of longevity. Box measures 7 x 4 x 3 inches and is lined with green and gold satin brocade. It has slots for 3 rings and a large compartment for various other jewelery. It is in very good condition. Corner joints are dovetailed for strength.
It was bought in the early 1980’s in San Francisco and since then has been in a smoke-free environment.
