Good pre-owned condition.  I actually dropped broke one of the handles while taking pictures. (last photos)   It looks like it can just be repaired with a small amount of glue or epoxy.  (Priced accordingly) I will let the new owner decide how they wish to repair. Has small general wear and/or a few small imperfections. Please see pictures and zoom in for the great detail.
I do my best to describe any major flaws or defects.  Due to items being used and/or vintage, please remember that small signs of usage, scuffs, age. marks and wear could be possible unless the item is described as MINT.  Some items may need polished, dusted or cleaned.
