    Description

    Beautiful Chinese Lacquered Red Treasure Pillow Box with Chinese character design on top and inside. 9. 5 inches Long x 3.75 Wide x4.5 inches High.
    The base material of the box is wood. There is a leather surface layer on the exterior. Red lacquer was applied on the leather surface along with gold/silver decoration. A final layer of clear lacquer was applied for the protection of the gold/silver decoration. Lining is painted with Chinese ideograms.
    Very good condition with no cracks or dents although there are some small scuffs which happen with normal handling.
    Suitable for jewelry or anything else you might like to store on a dresser, desk, etc.
