Vtg Chinese Rosewood Jewelry Box Chest W/ Handles Lockbox with Brass Hardware.
This item is very old, possibly from the early to mid 1900’s
Dimensions: 14” INCH LENGTH
10”INCH HEIGHT
9” INCH WIDTH
Has some staining on interior of red lined velvet. Has some visible cracks in wood(please see picture.)
One of the rivets are missing (please see picture.)
Pull drawer handles has bending (please see picture.)
Right side door has some small scratches on inside and front left door has small crack.
Overall condition is good, chest is made up of hard wood remaining solid and predominately in tact with a few flaws mentioned above. Has a long life ahead of its self. A little bit of tuning and this box will outlast generations to come. Weighs little over 12 pounds.
Definitely a nice piece.
