cinnabar trinket box

Description

Cinnabar,, Red Laqour trinket box. The engravings on the bottom of the box seem to suggest that this box was made before 1900s ,around the Qing Dynasty . It's in great condition other than some chips in the paint as seen in the picture.. it's approximately 5 inches in diameter  and about 3 + inches in height. I have not had this item authanticated . Please buy at your own risk. But in my opinion it looks really old. I have not tried to fix or alter this item in anyway since I have received it. Other than dusting it off time to time.
