Vintage Brass Box with Jade Inset

Description

This is an old brass box that measures 4x3x2.  The hinge is broken.  The inside has lightweight wood in it.  The top has a jade inset.  Could use a good cleaning but I have no brass cleaner.  It has inscription on bottom but can't make it out.
