Vintage Chinese Blue & White Shard Box Made Between 1796-1820 See Description.
This is a really odd shard box which was sold at a antique many years ago with this typed explanation of where and when it came about. One thing that makes it so unique is the curve of the top porcelain, you never hardly see that on shard boxes. The typed explanation says “this box was made from a piece of broken antique porcelain of the Ming, Ching or or early republic of China. This piece was made between 1796-1820”.
