Vintage Oriental Asian enameled Gold Cranes Birds Box Jewelry Stash Box

Beautiful Vintage Hand Enameled Painted Wooden Jewelry Box or Stash Box ..or anything box. It is most likely Japanese but could also be Chinese or even Korean, as all of these cultures do use the crane in their artwork.  Gorgeous Cranes in Gold. Fantastic Scene.  Measures about 7" x 5 1/2" x 2". Please study pics for more info on the condition as it will show it better than I can tell it. There are cracks in the enamel and some paint loss, as shown but the cranes are bright with the gold. There is no key but I'm sure these are readily obtainable. Gorgeous art work.
