Vintage Rice University bronze paperweight with felt back. Ornamental Castings, Inc., sticker on the back.  See pictures for measurements. Did not attempt to clean, only dusted a bit. Estate find.  Owner graduated Rice University in 1944, served in the Navy, then returned to finish his Master's Degree in 1947.  Shipped USPS Priority Mail.
