    Description

Vintage 1970's Wood Incense Box Open Cut Work Lidded Brass Ends Tiny Metal Inlays
    3 5/8" long x 1 1/8" high x 2" wide
The small incense box can be used to store incense cones or aroma crystals. It has open cut work designs in
the lid and front and back of box. The two sides are tin brass with a tiny brass pin on each end used as a hinge
for the lid to open and close. The hinged lid can be removed entirely by giving it a little twist. The lid can then
be replaced on it's pin hinges. There are tiny metal inlays on the lid. The bottom is solid and has beautiful grain
as shown in our seventh photo. A cone of incense can be burned inside the box with the lid open if you put foil
or a non flammable surface under the cone.
